About Michael Creighton

I am deeply committed to customer service and patient safety in the health care industry. Managing a clinical engineering shop in a 330 bed facility with over devices and 60 clinics is challenging, but I enjoy it very much. I have extensive experience in repair and maintaining patient equipment in a hospital environment with formal training in Ultrasounds, Vital Signs Monitors, Philips PIIC system, Telemetry, Central Monitoring, Nihon Khoden EEG and Draeger Anesthesia machines. Our clinical engineering department at Kootenai Health maintains compliance with DNV, Field Recalls, Field Correctives, and we take care of all aspects of Patient Equipment to ensure Patient Safety and Staff Satisfaction. I love the fact that I am helping people somewhat behind the scene and that I am a necessary part of making the patient care by doctors and nurses as professional and trouble free as possible.
