Energetic, people-focused healthcare executive and retiring U.S. Army Colonel with over 25 years of direct leadership experience in healthcare operations, program management, HR, and organizational development. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that my greatest strength—and true passion—is helping people grow. Whether coaching an individual, mentoring a leader, or developing a high-performing team, I lead from the heart with optimism, empathy, and a mission to empower others. I believe leadership is the single greatest determinant of success and growth within any organization. That’s why I approach every opportunity with a coach-mentor mindset—creating space for honest conversations, helping others identify blind spots, clarify their purpose, and transform potential into performance. I specialize in guiding teams and individuals from a place of survival to one of thriving, using proven techniques in communication, group facilitation, leadership development, and intentional planning to overcome barriers and unlock progress. Across my Army career, I’ve led healthcare systems serving over patients, directed personnel, and managed budgets exceeding $600 million. I’ve implemented major organizational changes, led HR transformations impacting 1,800+ medical professionals worldwide, and developed programs that significantly increased engagement, retention, and operational effectiveness. I’ve also designed training programs for thousands of leaders and executed workforce restructures that saved millions—all while keeping people at the center of every decision. Outside of work, I’m passionate about leadership development, motivational speaking, personal growth, and executive coaching. I find joy in facilitating meaningful conversations that lead to personal and professional breakthroughs. I also make time for the things that bring me balance and energy—working out, running, training for triathlons, skiing, spending time at the beach, and most importantly, being present with my daughter. These pursuits ground me, fuel my drive, and remind me of the importance of showing up with intention—in every room, for every person, every day.
