About Michael Croce

AI has its place in the world, but writing a bio about me is not one of them. At least not yet! I moved to Poland with my wife 8 years ago from America. It has been a wild experience and not only have I learned more about myself through overcoming the struggles of being an immigrant, I have gained insightful knowledge both in a European corporate setting and culturally within Poland. I have just passed my 3 year mark on working in the compliance field with hands on experience in both import and export. Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, mitigating risks, and optimizing processes has been the core focus of my experience. I am proficient in reducing errors using the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This brings actionable insights through root cause analysis. My manager and teammates commend me on my trustworthiness and my curiosity. I take responsibility for my actions whether that’s adhering to a deadline or owning up to my mistake. I am not afraid to ask the question Why, to deeper understand the topic and look for workarounds. I have enthusiasm and energy for days. At work or with my family at home, I am usually a cheerful positive person. Amazon has taught me countless lessons and instilled in me using data points to drive process improvements while always keeping the customer in mind.
