With sound construction knowledge, and logistics experience, I am adept at driving construction projects forward to appropriate and successful conclusions. I am comfortable in client facing discussions, in a team-leading role or engaged as part of a functional and problem-solving team. Some key responsibility's below, 1. Review Subcontractor Schedules and monitor actual progress on site to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved and maintained 2. Review proposals for manpower, provision of equipment, materials procurement, and site logistics 3. Review and advise subcontractors on construction methodology via their Method Statement submittals 4. Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with all regulations and monitor schedule compliance 5. Attend and input to all meetings with client, military representatives, end-users, and construction subcontractors 6. Advise all parties on safe work procedures, construction issues, quality of work and progress 7. Investigate any delays on sites to ensure that appropriate rectifications are implemented 8. Conduct review on subcontractor submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and constructability 9. Liaise with client’s engineering department on subcontractor submittals to ensure technical compliance 10. Report directly to WSP Project Director and take on Acting PD role during any absence
