Dynamic and passionate leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations and lead teams effectively. Known for an eagerness to learn and drive continuous improvement, I bring a diverse skill set across natural gas facilities, commercial electrical work, and forestry management. Currently, I am a Natural Gas Facilities Technician responsible for maintaining safe and efficient operations at a natural gas compression facility and ensuring seamless delivery of our product to customers. In this role, I also serve as the Health and Safety Representative, coordinating essential safety training to uphold our commitment to a secure work environment. With broad experience in management, I previously worked as a silviculture technician and manager, achieving recognition as my company’s second-highest planter in 2020. In subsequent years, I led a planting crew that surpassed a million trees and later managed the district’s planting operations, overseeing daily activities for over 70 staff and facilitating the planting of 3 million trees. Additionally, I managed harvesting, chipping, and transportation projects across crown and private lands, handling communications with public, private, and government stakeholders. My background includes commercial electrical experience, with over 1,400 hours toward my second block after completing Block One certification through NBCC in 2017.
