About Michael Curran

I work with leaders, teams and organizations to help them build sustainable and successful organizations. To me, it simply comes down to the interrelationship and inextricable link between committed leadership and positive cultures. Everything else follows from this interdependent relationship. A highly engaged workforce, excellent communication, innovation, and sustained high performance are the result of how well and consistently leaders inspire and nurture their teams and organizations. By consulting and coaching leaders, teams and boards of directors, we are able to identify strengths and opportunities for growth on both personal and organizational bases. Our approach begins with gathering data to help leaders understand what is actually going on within their organizations. This information helps us to identify areas of development and growth and opportunities for change. Upon collaboration with our clients, we then develop customized solutions to meet the needs identified and that will be effective for each leader and organization. The focus of our work includes strategic planning, succession planning, culture change, leadership development, employee engagement (how to attract, develop and retain top talent), organizational structure-right reporting lines and right people in the right slots, and overall alignment of vision, strategy, culture, and organizational structure. We work with both for profit and non-profit organizations.
