About Michael D. Weber

Michael D. Weber, P.E. is a registered professional Civil Engineer. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA, and a CPM from the Arizona State University. He is holds the highest level operator certification in all available categories. His experience includes serving as: Director of Water Resources at Arizona Municipality Deputy Director responsible for utility operations for two Arizona municipalities; President & General Manager of a private water company in southern Arizona; Vice President & General Manager for an international energy and utility organization where he was responsible for United States utility operations in four states; Operations Manager, Development Services Supervisor, and Operations Engineer at a nationwide investor-owned utility company; Project Engineer and Project Manager for Civil Engineering consulting firms where he was responsible for various design projects and studies for water and wastewater systems. Mike has presented numerous papers and presentations on technical and business matters in the United States and Canada and served as board member on numerous organizations. He was elected as a School Governing Board member and firmly believes in giving back to the community.
