I help clients deliver exceptional destination experiences across global destinations to enhance loyalty, sales growth, employee satisfaction and retention. As the Founder of MICDrop Ltd, a chic, unique and boutique consultancy, I work with corporates, agencies, DMCs, CVBs, DMOs, hotels and other destination suppliers to encourage growth and an enhanced experience for all. I also serve as a Director on the SITE International Board of Directors, where I contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the leading global association for the incentive travel industry. I source, plan and deliver exceptional events, incentive programs and destination experiences across international locations. With a background in event, hospitality and tourism management, I have extensive industry experience and a passion for creating inspiring and memorable experiences. I have earned multiple credentials, awards and recognitions, such as the CIS, CITP, NTG, SITE Global Member of the Year, and SITE David Riddell Memorial Scholarship. I have also participated in various industry events, initiatives and networks, such as the IRF International Task Force, the Hosts Global Alliance Client Advisory Board, and the SITE Ireland Chapter. My specialties include sales, business development, incentive programmes, marketing, risk management, innovation, creativity, project management, coordination, training, DMC, social media, corporate incentives, incentive travel, event management, sourcing, procurement, rewards, recognition, engagement, communication and experience design. I have strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team or on my own initiative.
