Throughout my career, I - • Have demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, acquire sites in competitive market places, obtain zoning approvals in high barrier to entry marketplaces, design & construct functional & attractive buildings, transition to operations & ultimately dispose at a profit every real estate asset class. • Have acquired; repositioned & restructured, & ultimately sold: raw land, existing office, residential & real estate portfolios & platforms. • Have sourced debt & equity, negotiated complicated operating & partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, & private partnerships & public financing transactions. • Have led multidiscipline organizations thru transformational change & significant growth, implementing both the systems & organizational structure required for success.
