An internationally experienced, multi-skilled professional with considerable expertise in the end-to-end delivery of large scale construction, commissioning and maintenance projects, combined with exposure to complex projects with vast capital expenditure Throughout my career, I have always striven for excellence, whether it is from my own personal performance or from those under my supervision. Innovating and driving positive change in operational procedures and employee safety, and refining the grittier details in PC ITRs and all approved vendor documents as well as P & IDs. In each role I have undertaken, from my very first job at Pioneer Highlands Twin Towers to leading large teams instrumental in the operating of complex machinery and business critical systems, as well as complicated commissioning processes, I endeavour to leave my mark and the company in a stronger, more resolute shape than I arrived in. With a penchant for troubleshooting, and rerating and repairs, I aspire to accomplish all goals I set for myself and toil to inspire similar attitudes among those that work both for and alongside me. Renowned for a diligent and efficient leadership style and an ability to deftly maintain high levels of performance in high pressure working environments.
