As a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor at Pepsi Beverages Company, I have had the opportunity to enforce the importance of effective and efficient productivity within a company. I have also been given the responsibility of creating my own shift, as well as being tasked with staying on top of my daily orders along with completing team goals for each day. I ensured all products that left the PepsiCo warehouse was accounted for, as well as ensured builds were completed timely. I have been sought out by management to assist with major productivity decisions. My time in this position has thought me great leadership skills and has impressed management in various ways. I have great work ethic, am a great/quick learner. I strive to be great, in order to be an example for my team members. My time with PepsiCo has given a wealth knowledge, skill company. I always emphasize my quality of work on the training I receive. I’ve never shied away from asking questions. Fast learner with the thirst to learn even more. Always willing to grow my capabilities within the workplace.
