Research scientist at IBM in the AI for healthcare team. In my team with the team, we have built containerized scalable technology to accelerate drug repurposing based on patient records, and built transformer-based deep learning models for omics data. We deliver these technologies to our academic partners and pharma clients to assist them to answer vital questions in biology and drug discovery. Formerly, a post-doctoral researcher in complex systems at the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University, specializing in big data and infrastructure resilience. Expert in the field of interdependent network modeling and measurement. Since 2013, over 20 publications in all of the top physics journals (Nature Physics, Physical Review Letters, Physical Review X, New Journal of Physics), invited to lecture at top network science conferences and institutes every year from 2013 until the long winter of in-person conferences in 2020.
