About Michael Davison

Michael is a writer and producer with over ten years of experience in the Toronto film industry. Michael created, wrote and produced the first season of the WinHD television series, Bedtime Stories for Men, and was an associate producer on the webseries Deep Six and the record breaking feature film Code 8. Michael was the community manager for Code 8 and efficiently roadmapped, managed, and fulfilled an indiegogo campaign which raised over $2.5 million. The fulfillment process included a massive extras day where 200+ fans were invited to set to be featured in the movie, a premiere tour which brought the film to 10 different cities around the world, and establishing a merch pipeline to service tens of thousands of fans. Michael was a co-creator on the award winning scripted podcast series Image Killer, which blended various formats in order to tell a genre bending mystery story that generated tens of thousands of views online. Most recently, he's worked as development coordinator for Collective Pictures, a script analyst for Coverfly where he sports a 2.9/3 writer satisfaction rating, and an associate producer on the Netflix original Code 8 part II.
