As an IT Project Manager at DXC Technology, I manage customer project delivery, revenue, financials, business development, and client relationships. I have over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, with a special interest in system virtualization and backup system. I hold multiple certifications from IBM and VMware, as well as a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from AMA University. My core competencies include project management, service delivery, client relationships, business development, and technical support. I have successfully implemented and managed the new core banking system infrastructure for a leading bank in the Philippines, as well as led and managed help desk operations and service delivery teams for problem resolutions. I am passionate about innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to deliver and manage IT projects that meet and exceed the expectations of my clients and stakeholders.
