With an MBA from Van Loan School at Endicott College and a BA in Criminal Justice from The Citadel, I have a diverse and comprehensive background in human resources, business administration, and law enforcement. I have handled employee inquiries, benefits administration, and payroll processing, as well as event planning, donor cultivation, and stewardship for a nonprofit organization. Currently, I am a Human Resources Benefits Administrator at 42 North Dental, where I support the HR team and the employees in various aspects of HR operations and compliance. I am also a licensed REALTOR®, with multiple certifications in customer service, managing customer expectations, and creating a positive customer experience. I leverage my skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to achieve the best outcomes for my clients.
