About Michael Defazio

Mr. Michael J. DeFazio Owner, Founder, and current Chief Information Director of ITSNHiDeF LLC has created our company to set us apart from any other. Not for competition, but for you; our client, to have what you need. Michael graduated high school early, and enlisted in the United Sates Navy, where he Trained as an Information Systems Technician. Furthermore Mr. DeFazio has many certifications and training within the industry and he is constantly looking for new challenges to expand his knowledge and expand the knowledge of ITSNHIDEF. DeFazio grew up with ideals of Service whether it be his service to the Nation, his service to the Community, or his Service to you our Customer, and Client. When Mike isn't working he spends much time serving others and while deployed overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Mike used his "other" skills to help the local community. Mr. DeFazio is a licensed EMT and has a vast knowledge of Emergency Medicine. With that being said DeFazio Volunteered while deployed and Formed an EMT College course in which he was the main instructor and coordinator for 6 total classes of 250 students to include Officers and Enlisted Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen, but what most don't know is that DeFazio also trained the on base Fire Fighters to Include the Fire Chief, helping him to re-certify, and also was the first to ever certify foreign nationals, and was even called personally from the President of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians for his diligent work. Mike has spent countless other hours in soup kitchens, or with youth organizations like the Naval Sea Cadet Corps, giving his time and skills to further the education of others. For his hard work, diligence and devotion to duty, Mr. DeFazio was selected as Sailor of the Year for the entire Africom Area of Responsibility and was subsequently awarded Two Navy Achievement Medals for his Dedicated service to the command, the community, and the Nation. Mike had been recommended for higher awards however was ultimately shot down by ranking officials, due to his rank as he is a Petty Officer 2nd Class (Non Commissioned Officer). Mike has also received Citations from the Massachusetts House of Representatives, and many other citations and awards from Admirals and other Flag Officers, to Fire Chiefs, College Directors, and senior political officials, for his service, dedication, and devotion to duty.
