I also have executed and continue to develop Global supply chains: • Continually motivate and drive staff to meet and exceed expectations, utilizing a variety of leadership philosophies including Stephen Covey’s emotional bank theory, which reinforces making deposits through relationships with individuals in order to make withdrawals in the form of high output. My mission is to build winning teams that culminate in having uncommon success, uncommon fun, and uncommon integrity. • Constructed the vision and foundation for the most important new initiative of all business enterprises: e-commerce and serving it via a comprehensive supply chain channel strategy.
