As Senior Program Director, I’ve been told I bring order to chaos. I do that by hiring, training and leading globally matrixed, remote teams through a collaborative and transparent management system with the day to day goal to achieve results. With proactive coaching and mentoring, my teams drive actions to resolution and achieve contractual commitments while ensuring customer centricity. My location flexibility allows me to be fully engaged with customer leadership and enables my proactive engagement with my global teams. Previously, I was Director of Transition and Transformation with 21+ years of expertise, in IBM, providing leadership/direct interaction in the development, design, implementation, and delivery of global, high-value, enterprise-level contracts and programs, utilizing small to very large, globally integrated teams. While my successful experience spans multiple functions, highlights include the delivery of global Transition and Transformation solutions, recognized as 1 of 7 Executive-level resources, to manage Critical Situation programs, global Program Management of complex enterprise Cloud/Mobility deployments/ data center consolidations in Texas, New York, California, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Hong Kong, Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom plus Innovation Program Lead/Big Data/Smart Cloud program deployments.
