About Michael Demarcay

Since beginning my career in May of 1990, I have been involved in all aspects of real estate including the appraisal, brokerage, management, construction and development of over $250 million in commercial, industrial and residential real estate. I have been awarded the CCIM, SIOR, CSI and CPM designations, which reflect my depth of experience in the areas of investment, brokerage, construction and management and I am a 3rd generation real estate professional with a record of success at both the local and national levels. I have a solid background in the planning and execution of sales and marketing plans and focus on being a hands-on manager. I am equally strong in budgeting and financial management. Over the course of my career I have shown the proven ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends and assume bottom-line responsibility for all aspects of commercial real estate. My broad knowledge of real estate provides me with the necessary fundamentals to be successful with any project.
