A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I have successfully led process improvement initiatives that streamlined workflows, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced operational efficiency across various aircraft platforms, including the AH-1Z Viper, UH-1Y Venom, CH-53 Super Stallion, MV-22 Osprey, F-35 Lightning II, F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet, and EA-18G Growler.I have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, managing transitions of aircraft systems and support equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Through data-driven strategies, I’ve consistently improved maintenance workflows and minimized downtime, resulting in increased mission readiness.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and various professional certifications, including an Airframes & Powerplants Mechanic license and Private Pilot License.
