Performing my assignments based on a sound understanding of the business (needs) allows me to collaborate with all stakeholders at eye level and is continuously my ambition. This starts with generating a high level of transparency to build a facts & figures based analysis on and provides the baseline for the professional management of operational as well as strategic topics or tasks. The execution in my responsibility follows clear structures, lean processes and consequent decision making amongst close collaboration -wherever needed- with a clear orientation to fit the purpose. In my opinion as important as the management competency is the focus on people leadership: “People matter and people make the difference!” Thus, I enjoy performing the General Management function in an entrepreneurial manner and “to walk the talk” to drive expectations in the best way. Again, I aim to stay always authentic and to be a good role model to showcase value based leadership and be a reliable partner for my teams, peers and to the entire organization. 🤝 Finally, I consider myself as a driver of change and ambassador of harmonization & digitalization.
