About Michael Detweiler

I’m a proud Air Force Veteran with a world view shaped by a scorching case of Wanderlust. I’ve circumnavigated the globe, driven cross-country, run 4 marathons on 3 continents, visited over 30 countries to date and lived in 5. As such I had to perfect the fine art of connecting with people and building community. As a cancer survivor, I learned first hand the importance of adopting a patient-centered approach and benefitted from the limitless potential of continuous process improvement. As a Ph.D, I can confidently say that what I don’t know, I know how to learn. As a clinical psychologist, I pride myself on being an expert on human behavior and human behavior change. And if that’s not leadership then tell me what is. I’ve happily worked at all levels of the organization, from mail room to board room. Whether working as a clinician or managing a group of them from the C suite, my passion is inspiring people to bring out the greatness within them.
