Michael is Experienced Commercial Ecosystem Manager in Jakarta with long success history of working in the PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (Indonesia's largest tobacco company). Prior to current position - Michael has in-depth exposure in the Digital Product Development, Data Scientist and Analysis, Retail Business O2O, Field Deployment, and Lead team accross HQ Office Jakarta-Surabaya, Regional Bali Nusa Tenggara, and area office Bandung, Bogor, and Centra Java. Michael has experience managed and strengthen foundation of UMKM Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC), now building and accelerate Ecosystem of SRC-Retailer-Wholesale-Consumer as Future Retail Modelling that could connect supply and demand with online applications (AYO SRC). He responsible for some digital products : 1. B2B Application, AYO SRC for online transaction between retailer to wholesaler 2. Financial product, P2P Lending to Retailer partnership with Esta Capital & Amartha, and Deployment Banking Virtual Account (VA) for B2B payment 3. PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank), Pojok Bayar Apps Partnership with Digimax (DMMX), in order to provide digital product for consumer 4. FMCG Partnership with Danone, Sosro, Kapal Api, PZ Cussons, SC Johnson etc to deploy offline visibility in retailer via application 5 Last Mile Delivery Partnership with Si Cepat, Anter Aja, Mitra Aja for agent acquisition 6. Building O2O distribution Private Label Product EsErCe accross all Indonesia In 2020, he brought area Bandung to achieve the highest market share of Dji Sam Soe Magnum Filter and area Bandung was selected as Top 3 Best Area Excellent Performance in West Java in 2018 and he had been selected as The Best Participant in STAR CITY Academy held by Sampoerna Commercial Organization Development in 2017.
