About Michael Dial

I deliver excellent service and attention to detail for both external and internal clients. I underwrote and analyzed over $750MM in CRE projects across the US, ranging from multifamily, retail, office, to industrial properties, and enable senior management to make informed credit decisions. I also partner with clients to perform budget analysis, loan document review, sensitivity analysis, and market research, enhancing the ability to allocate cost savings throughout the project. I oversee and administer the loan draw process for construction deals nationwide, and manage multiple projects as needed under pressured closing deadlines. I leverage my strong communication, financial analysis, client interaction, and problem-solving skills to contribute to achieving CRE sales goals. I developed my skills as a credit analyst through a year and a half credit training rotational program. I gained exposure to international, commercial, and real estate banking, and underwrote transactions for various clients and industries. I also hold multiple Microsoft certifications, demonstrating my proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I am passionate about commercial real estate and finance, and motivated to learn and grow in this field.
