About Michael Dice

Newly hired by POWER Engineers as their California Lead, I have 15 years experience as a cultural resource management specialist in this state. Before that I worked in southwest Colorado as a contract archaeologist leading projects on federal land. Beginning November 2013, I was self-employed nuntiul the end of April 2014, when POWER caughy my eye. So give me a call or send me a message! We are ready to work with anyone! While much of my writing has been associated with cultural resource projects that support EIR’s and MND’s, I gained invaluable experience preparing and managing many different types of projects for my previous employer including Caltrans-level reports (HPSR/ASR/HRER), Section 106-level documents for utilities and government organizations including the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the LA Unified School District and the City of San Bernardino Unified School District, and technical reports for home and logistics builders. These experiences provide me with the management skills to take on new work involving a broad spectrum of project and document types.
