About Michael Dickens

Greetings and Salutations to you who are taking the time to read this.Normally these sort of blurbs contain an element of grandiose statements around a vision that the individual espouses along with a future goal of where they would like their career to go. When what you really want to know is if I am the right person for the opportunity you have. Specifically, do I have the skills required (lets go with yes) and cultural fit (harder to tell, but probably yes) to be the best candidate for your role. So to cut through large amounts of text here is a more concise summary.I am a highly experienced Project, Programme and Portfolio Manager. I have often worked with large portfolios, both in monetary value (multi-million dollar) and sheer volume of projects (100+) –including both major and minor programmes of work. I have not only managed projects spanning multiple time zones, but have also lived and worked overseas as well. I very much enjoy working with customers and have delivered professional project services for well over 15 years. I have also worked and run start up and software development shops – and truly enjoyed them. I am an eloquent communicator and confident public speaker. I regularly deal with C level individuals as part of my day-to-day role.
