Background

About Michael Dilts

I am an enthusiastic team participant. The bulk of my experience is in the quality domain which mainly focuses on software testing. I have successfully managed both manual testing operations as well as built automation platforms for desktop, android and web applications from scratch. I have used tools for everything from completely codeless automation and management to programming them myself using Java. I have a working knowledge of various business techniques such as the agile and scrum methodology. I have helped institute and advocate for a deliverables based planning strategy across multiple efforts and have become a key player in the spread of efficient processes in every team I work in. My saying often goes "Just give me the manual and I will figure it out". Although this mentality appears single minded and I often excel in situations where drive and intense focus are required, I am also very capable of quality communication across multiple different disciplinary backgrounds. I have successfully navigated the interoperation and communications between teams of extremely diverse backgrounds and skillsets and am often the go to person for situations requiring the deconfliction of multiple complex topic matters. I excel at and enjoy a dynamic environment full of variables to discover, account for and ultimately find solutions for.
