I've been helping Class A CDL Drivers with careers that make sense for the candidate and their families. It all starts with a conversation in order to understand the candidates employment goals as well as work/life balance needs. As a Senior Recruiter with over twenty-one years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping Private and Fortune 500 companies with their driver staffing needs. As a top performer, I have a very strong understanding of full-life cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, data analytics, marketing, budgeting and recruiting department management. I have had the honor and privilege during my career in helping thousand of great candidates not only in the transportation Industry but in other disciplines as well. land development engineers, administrative,maintenance mechanics, production associates, mangers and supervisors across many occupational fields. When I take my recruiting hat off, I enjoy Friday night dinners with friends, Penn State and Philadelphia Eagles football, bass and trout fishing and most importantly spending time with my wonderful supportive wife Vicki.
