About Michael Donoghue

I am an extremely hard working individual. I love the sense of accomplishment and the reward of completing a hard task. I always look to learn, grow and challenge myself. I appreciate the value of doing the job right the first time. I have the skills that you cannot teach. I believe in a strong sense of integrity, I work until the job is done, and when I fail I look at it as a learning opportunity and grow from it. I loved serving in the military and the military is still a large part of who I am, I am also a very friendly and outgoing individual. I love to build relationships and my time in the military instilled in me the desire to build camaraderie with those around me while promoting a sense of esprit de corps. I work effectively and comfortably with people from all aspects of life. I can act as a leader or as an effective member of the team. I have a wide array of skills, from people management and mentoring to customer service and marketing. I am extremely comfortable with computers and while I have no formal IT training, I used to build my own computers when I was younger and while in the Army did a temporary detail in our IT department, where I picked up tips and tricks. I am married and have a young son. My wife stays home and does a wonderful job raising our boy. We are looking to move to the greater Orlando or Tampa area where we can buy a home and raise our son.
