I hold a unique blend of focus, curiosity, and innovation with a deep motivation for adding value, building culture, and developing talent in organizations. My career in financial services has afforded me the opportunity to influence and solve complex problems across strategy, emerging technologies, and data ecosystems. At Capital One, I’ve spent the last 10+ years intentionally transitioning into different business segments and rapidly advancing into diverse management roles, allowing me to experience strategy, financials, leadership, vision, and associate development. I am consistently recognized for my operational rigor, creative problem solving, people leadership, and ability to build self-sustaining team cultures. I am equally passionate about continually stretching, assessing, and developing my own leadership abilities as well as launching new and innovative programs/products. I believe in nurturing a culture in which problem solvers are empowered to be curious, take risks, and approach issues in new ways including new machine learning techniques, new sources, and new frameworks. I interface effortlessly at all levels of the organization, including partnering with technical teams, executives, the C-suite, entry level analysts, and other stakeholders. I have been entrusted with special projects by the C-suite that allow me to expand my intellectual curiosity, simplify complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.
