Upon acquisition, in just three months led on-time and on-budget complex Oracle ERP consolidation effort that was deemed critical to the success of a merger. • Established Global Tech Support. Achieved 99.99% uptime and reducing costs by $100K over one year using VoIP to eliminate individual site bottlenecks and improved global tech support effectiveness by 10%. • Improved Sales Efficiency. Reduced Oracle ERP downtime by 90% and drove sales efficiency up 10% by implementing key infrastructure upgrades after initiating a strategic architecture analysis. • Streamlined Engineering Design Processes. Working with key business leaders, streamlined the product design process saving the company more than $1MM in raw material duplication with an Oracle Agile implementation. • Improved Engineering Throughput.
