About Michael Douglas

With over twenty years of background in manufacturing and planning, I have built an extensive experience and knowledge base to enhance my issue resolution and problem-solving skills. I am an organized and efficient multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. I am equally adept at working independently or cross-functionally with internal teams as well as outside vendors and customers alike. As a subject matter expert for my department, I enjoy training and mentoring others and am the go-to source for special projects and various reporting needs. Over the course of my career, I have had to opportunity to assist with large-scale projects including my company’s transition to SAP from several legacy systems and a shift to a new principal manufacturing partner. Additionally, I have used my skills in project management and master data analysis to spearhead several projects to ingest new product lines.
