About Michael Dowd

Going out into the professional world is an exciting and educational experience. I graduated my Business Administration program and have been seeking new work opportunities and responsibilities. I’m currently working at ERCO Worldwide as the Administrative/Human Resource Assistant. I’ve worked at Fortinos, Loblaw, as an Assistant Store Manager. The title comes with a lot of responsibility that I have been able to manage. Within Loblaw, I have taken on several different roles from department trainer, to manager to eventual bookkeeper assistant and Peer Recruiter. I take advantage of resources to update procedures and present new and innovative ways to engage employees in the workplace. I was responsible to teach and design our department team.
