Developed the first full-time Employee Engagement position within my agency with proven results in areas of morale, burnout, quality and production. My career history consists of areas ranging from mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling, HR, ADA compliance, and employee relations. I have an indisputable drive that leads to results within my chosen career. Developing new strategies, implementing change, and creating an environment between employers and organized labor that is both transparent and fruitful, leads to increased profit and employee satisfaction.
