I am skilled in various programming languages, including Java, HTML, CSS and proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, with certifications like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. Through my commitment to customer service and problem-solving, I have developed a track record of clear communication and collaborative success, achieving high user satisfaction and contributing to knowledge bases that improve support team efficiency. As a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and a Minor in Business from Stephen F. Austin State University, I am driven to continue learning and evolving in the field, currently pursuing additional certifications to deepen my expertise.
