About Michael Dunne

Award winning Operational Executive in the Life Sciences market. When it comes to operational leadership, not only am I flexible and resilient, but I believe in having a strong team behind me. One of the most important things I have learned during my career, is to adapt my approach to different teams and individuals to bring out their best and maximize their performance. A few things that set me a part from others are: I have an owner mentality. One that exhausts all possibilities and leaves no stone unturned until we find the best idea, the best process, the best price, and pretty much the best anything. I never settle for less. My continuous drive to far exceed the goals we set without sacrificing time, money or quality. A background in live television. These were internships with: – NBC’s Saturday Night Live – ABC’s Monday Night Football – ABC Sports and Fox 29’s The 10 O’clock News just to name a few. Working for a number of networks prepared me to quickly identify and solve problems, improve whatever comes my way, and to strive for the best results, all while juggling dozens of agenda items. Today, I employ these same skills and more whether it’s designing winning strategies to gain market prominence in competitive territories, spearheading projects, or supporting our distributors by automating processes. For example, a couple of highlights of my success include: Selected as the company's key communicator/liaison to all internal departments, including leadership and external entities such as customers, distributors, contract manufacturers, vendors, government, and more to ensure all aspects of company business were successfully executed and accomplished. Recognized as Supplier of the Year by ThermoFisher Scientific for operational excellence, delivering the highest levels of performance and quality during the COVID-19 pandemic.
