About Michael Duval

I am a full time realtor in Calgary and its surrounding areas with a passion for real estate investing. My mission is to help both first time homebuyers and avid real estate investors achieve their dreams & aspirations by helping them find properties that will get them to achieve their financial goals sooner! With my Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Mount Royal University, with a major in accounting; along with my previous experience working within public accounting, this has allowed me to help provide a more comprehensive understanding and experience for others when working with clients in real estate. Most of my work experience comes from the civil engineering industry; where I have had the opportunity to work as a consultant to help contribute towards major projects such as the West Calgary Ring Road. These years of work experience has greatly enhanced my communication, customer and client satisfaction, teamwork, as well as time management skills due to the high demands of the job and its various requirements. My greatest interests include being a major hockey fan, indulging in all sorts of music and is passionate for drumming, as well as loving the great outdoors and yearning for winter skiing. Most of my years have been committed to that of training at elite levels for Water Polo, but I am looking forward to moving onto more vast and greater ventures and am excited to see what kinds of journeys real estate will bring me.
