About Michael Earnshaw

With over 15 years at Nexus Vehicle Rental, I’ve built a career from the ground up, evolving from Test Manager and Senior Business Analyst into a trusted Product Owner who delivers measurable business value. My foundation in quality assurance and technical analysis empowers me to bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring every product decision is both user-focused and commercially sound. In my current role, I own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery-defining vision, shaping roadmaps, and prioritising backlogs for cross-functional Agile teams. I’m passionate about data-informed decisions, iterative improvement, and creating seamless user experiences. Whether it’s launching new features, re-platforming systems, or collaborating with stakeholders to refine business processes, I thrive on driving outcomes that matter.
