Michael E. Ecoben holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and in Nursing. Currently, he is a special education teacher at Bulua Central School in the Cagayan de Oro Division. He supports the Education for All initiative of the World Bank, UNESCO, UNDP, UNFPA, and UNICEF. He thinks that all individuals, regardless of their abilities and disabilities, should have equal access to quality education.
