With two storefronts one in downtown Chicago on Walton and their facility on the North Side, the owners Linda & Michael have grown the business to be a recognized name for their fine work not only in the U.S. but as far away as Australia. Their reputation has not only traveled around the world but has also been recognized by many celebrities and one, Penn Jilette, who created a video after Without A Trace repaired, reconditioned, glazed and replaced the liner of his leather jacket from the 1970's.
