I am a Clinical Psychologist, meditation/mindfulness teacher, and mental health tech consultant, with 12 years of experience delivering therapy in the NHS, private practice, and via employee wellbeing schemes for companies including Goldman Sachs, Twitter/X, and Intel. I have advised two mental health startups using AI to assist therapists, and produced content for a groundbreaking wellbeing app. I have written copy tailored to appeal to therapy clients for several successful businesses, and have written two self-help books, on using ACT and CFT to treat anxiety and depression, respectively. Finally, I am highly experienced in teaching mindfulness and meditation to individuals and groups in the NHS, in individual therapy, and in corporate workshops.
