As Principal at WE Capital, a real estate investment and management firm, I have facilitated numerous real estate deals. After carefully analyzing prospective deals to determine their potential profitability, I syndicate with investors to acquire funding and capital for new ventures. Our company also provides in-house management, and I work closely with our team to ensure that properties are properly maintained, achieving maximum profitability. Throughout the years, WE Capital has acquired a reputation for finding “hidden gems” by digging through the data. We’ve discovered properties with high returns potential in several states and utilize our solid understanding of management, in-depth analysis, and strong knowledge of the area to determine how a new property would affect our resources and staffing. In my previous position as Founder and CEO of Circuit Street, I developed an online retail business from the ground up. I designed the workflow protocol for all departments, oversaw marketing operations, and sourced profitable products. Circuit Street was one of the first authorized vendors of DJI, the leader in the then-emerging consumer drone industry. In 2017, I sold the company but stayed on to oversee the transition process. Although I preside over a growing real estate portfolio and specialize in this field, opportunities for growth, in any industry, still excites me. I love utilizing my unique vision and strong leadership abilities to build something new.
