About Michael Ellig

New York City based Product Manager formally educated in business management & biological sciences. Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare space and a career journey that includes clinical research, health insurance, pharmacy benefits, hospital operations, health informatics, clinical systems training, and product management. In my most recent role I’ve been primarily focused on digital imaging initiatives which includes implementing a new vendor neutral archive to store the institutions radiological and non-radiological imaging, as well as launching a new clinical image viewer for our clinical staff. In addition to digital imaging, I’ve also managed our built-in-house patient engagement platform, which gives our oncologist and clinical researchers the ability to define patient cohorts and administer standard of care and clinical trial research surveys that enable the collection of patient reported data to improve clinical care and advance cancer research.
