About Michael Erbs

Ever since I was younger my mother instilled a great sense of community values in me. I remember volunteering at church, schools, for the PTA, and many other nonprofit organizations before I had even entered middle school. This drive to give back to the community instilled values in me which later became very applicable to ethical management and team building approaches. To this day these values and experiences have given me operational, event, and project management skills that translate easily into the workplace. I have always thrived with in an organization that gives me a position or resources to help others. Many of the organizations I volunteer for and all of the companies I have previously worked for have put me in charge of the charity or humanitarian effort.
