I can commit that customers who have had product quality issues and have them successfully resolved are happier and more loyal to my company than the ones who have never had any problems in the first place. My customers are happy. I do not make excuses, I love my job, excel at it and work hard. My passion has always been Japan and technology, the merge. I have 11 years of experience of serving the Japanese customers (who are arguably most demanding clients in the world). For the last 6 years, I have been working with European clients, but I have not forgotten the business lessons I have learnt in Japan and I am keen to go return to my dream work there. I fluently speak, read and write Japanese and 3 other languages. Colleagues and clients know me as a highly motivated, seasoned support professional, for whom customer’s business comes first. I have worked on integrated campaigns for over 150 major clients such as Hitachi, Toyota, Honda, JAL, Softbank, NTT DoCoMo, Sony and Tokyo Electric.
