About Michael Esau

For over 25 years, I have worked with individuals and organisations to help them perform at their best — consistently and sustainably. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution and human behaviour. I’ve partnered with organisations across multiple industries and geographies, helping leaders navigate complexity, drive change and strengthen performance cultures.I believe strongly in the idea of being “in your element” — where clarity, capability and environment align. When that alignment exists, performance feels natural. When it doesn’t, even strong strategies struggle to land.Across my experience, a consistent theme has emerged:Execution is rarely limited by intent. It is shaped by clarity, climate and commitment. In my work I typically:• Challenge assumptions that may be holding progress back• Bring structure and discipline to ambiguous situations• Facilitate honest, sometimes difficult conversations• Support leaders in translating strategy into everyday behaviour• Strengthen collaboration as a route to sustainable successRelationships matter to me. Trust matters. I value working closely with leaders and teams to create environments where people can contribute at their best.
