About Michael Escalante

I've worn many hats since I've entered the work force back in 2003 starting out as a cook and cashier in the fast food world. A few years later I decided to join the US Air Force as a Security Forces member which allowed me to gain experience in military law enforcement as well as nuclear security protecting some of our nation's most critical assets. After my active duty service I decided to join the AF Reserve so I would be able to pursue a higher education which led me to my current career in medical laboratory technology. Since I've joined this field, I've gained experience in most departments of the lab, been a lead tech in the phlebotomy section and gained some lead chemistry tech experience involving taking charge of all required preventive maintenance on our analyzers. I'm currently in pursuit of experience in the field service tech/biomedical engineering field to which I can utilize the skills I received as a medical laboratory technician.
