About Michael Estes

Focused on the creation of dramatic new places that reflect the identity of its owner, users, and community, I have dedicated much of my career to the passionate pursuit of unique building designs that satisfy every client. Most recently my focus has been designing high-rise urban multifamily projects. With more than 19 years of industry experience, I have been an integral part of design and planning for more than 10 million square feet of built projects. My experience has extended to many building typologies as I've helped deliver projects for commercial, hospitality, multifamily, and healthcare clients. I am a licensed architect, registered with the state of Texas. I am also a LEED accredited professional with experience on multiple built projects that have been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
