I've been in the food industry since the beginning of my professional life (16 years old working at McDonald's).I've worked with some of the best and some of the worst, all a part of the job.At Bethlehem Sand's Casino, I was a line cook for Emeril's Burgers and More (1 year) then moved up to Emeril's Chophouse (2.5 years). Now I work at the Upstate Tavern in Turning Stone Casino (2 years and counting).My college experience included working in the only wood fired pizza place in town while still maintaining a 3.35 GPA. My summer internship was at the Crowne Plaza resort in Lake Placid and my externship was at Point O' Pines Camp for Girls.I am blunt, straightforward, facts focused, and quiet. I consider myself proficient in foresight and able to fix issues before they become problems. Problem-solving and communication are definitely things I excel at. I ask good questions and can provide many answers, not even just in the culinary industry.This is about as self-inflammatory as I can be. Whenever something goes wrong I say "I", and whenever something goes well I say "We". As a leader, I am on the front lines trying to pull with the team.I can most often get anything done right the first time and if not then second time's the charm.
