About Michael Everage

I believe in having vision, but also research, planning and day-to-day building. I enjoy getting my hands dirty with process, policy, and the nuts and bolts of building teams and solving problems. I love data and analysis and never met a spreadsheet I didn’t like. I remain an analyst at heart and believe in models and crunching numbers for visibility to help make decisions. I strive for continuous learning for myself and others, and love to see people grow. Currently, I serve as Landmark’s Managing Director. My role is cross-functional involving operations, financial & organizational management, development, administrative, and business strategy. I have the pleasure of working with very talented folks across all our departments and I focus on ensuring our Landmark Level of Service is delivered to our Home Infusion, Homecare Medical Equipment, and new businesses. Born and raised in Texas, I moved to the mountains at 20 to chart my path from ski lifts across Colorado. I settled in Boulder in the early nineties and in 1994, received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Colorado.For ten years after college, I served in corporate finance positions for firms in California, Colorado, and Texas. I began as a Mergers and Acquisition Analyst for a west coast investment bank, Putnam Lovell (currently Jeffries), focusing on transactional consulting services for companies in the investment management industry. After PL, I worked as a Private Equity Associate in Denver for Rocky Mountain Capital Partners, which managed two SBIC funds making investments in lower to middle market US companies. After RMCP, I became VP of Corporate Development for 2nd Edison, a product development company based in Silicon Valley, and subsequently a Venture Partner for Markpoint Venture Partners, an early-stage Venture Capital firm in Dallas.I purchased equity in Landmark Healthcare in 2004, also coming on board as CFO. My efforts were initially focused on corporate development and financial management, but beginning in 2010, I was given a directive to manage our broader operations, subsequently becoming President in 2018 and Managing Director in 2022.
